b-day

Happy Birthday 2 ME!!!! I am 22 today.

V-day weekend

 Don't know where to begin . I had an Amazing weekend. Arrived into NY on Thursday and met up with Harry like always. This weekend was a quiet one didn't really want to be apart of the bar scene. Instead we went to a BBQ restaurant with Phillipp and his cousins, Alex and Mimi, Christoph, Harry and I. It was good food but i to full to eat anymore. Then we headed to the movies where we watched " Up in the Air". Its about George Clooney starring as Ryan Bingham , a business man on the verge of reaching ten million frequent flyer miles when his company decided to cut back on travel . But his goal isn't the only thing just out of reach: he now won't be able to see a fellow frequent traveler , who has caught his eye.


Then on Saturday it was another quiet day for us . Harry came over and I made him dinner while enjoying the movie FIGHT CLUB right from my couch. :)

VALENTINES DAY!!

Had an amazing Valentines day with Harry. It started out with us exchanging gifts. He made me a brownie cake ( that tasted awesome) , a beautiful single rose and he took one of our favorite photo made it bigger and placed it into a nice wooden frame for me. I gave him a chocolate rose along with this kind note jar thingy that I  put together. Filled with a mini teddy bear, chocolates and little messages.

We then headed off to the Cornerstone to meet up with Christoph  had a few beers to kill some time before our dinner reservation. He made reservations at this Greek restaurant called Ethos. They had a fixed menu for valentines day already but it was good. We had grilled shrimp , grilled octopus, lamb chops, mousaka ( Greek lasagna), salad and some Greek dessert. Everything was great but we quickly found out that Greek beer is Rubbish! lol

Overall it was a great weekend. 

Snow Day

Today , classes were cancelled and we just got an email saying that they are cancelled as well tomorrow. I am excited but today I was in a lot of pain. I think something might be wrong with my appendix but since this morning the pain as slightly subsided. 

If the pain gets any worse, to the hospital i will go. 

UGH! 

Right now I am in my bed watching DVD's with my room mate and trying to feel better.

I really don't have much to say

Ok so my room mate and I decided to go shovel my car out of the snow ....with our bare hands because we couldn't find a shovel any where and apparently no one owns one. lol 

YAY! SNOW

We are being let go from work early  so that everyone can get home safely and classes are cancelled tomorrow. This is good and Bad news. The Good thing is that : NO CLASSES. The bad news is that : I normally don't have classes on Wednesdays and we lose a day for our v-day fundraiser. UGH!

Trying to make a profit !

Currently I am at work doing nothing productive , obviously. Its very laid back today mainly because students aren't showing up with problems.

Going to go back and pretend to do work now.

Class let out an hour early and now I am sitting here just thinking , listening to Audioslave ( Be yourself) and on my blog.

Do you ever find yourself feeling not know what you want?

I found myself not wanting to do the relationship thing and therefore broke it off with my ex. How can i commit when I am not 100% sure of what i want? Then after that these awesome guys are walking into my life. Guys on a whole different level , goal oriented, passionate about what ever they do and gentlemen to the fullest. Just when i thought I wanted to be single. 

AHHH!story of my life.  

But the reality is that I have decided that I will live each day at a time and to the fullest. I nor anybody else knows what tomorrow holds. So, whats the point of trying to stress and think about what  may happen manana (tomorrow)? 

I am going to strive for happiness at all times, to follow the beat of my heart , to jump and take risk when I need to and to move on when there is no longer a need for me to be there. 

Had my share of broken hearts, been lied and cheated on , back stabbed and betrayed by friends but still i won't hold no punches. Because what goes around is surely to come back around. Its not my place to get revenge. 

Just being me thats all I can do....take me as I am.

08-Feb-2010 another day in my life.

This morning was not fun because my car was buried in snow and apparently my school does not assist with shoveling. Therefore I had to miss work and couldn't go back to sleep. Ugh! I attempted to study today since i had no class but that didn't work out too well either. I just watched Dirty Dancing and any other movie that was on. I have come to find out that watching t.v is pretty boring and 'thank' my parents for not allowing me to watch it when i was younger. ( if i did , i think i would be brain dead) Before i knew it , it was almost 5pm and Lina accompanied me to Target to help me get the things i needed to put together my V-day gift. I am so looking forward to Sunday for my V-day surprise date with Harry . 

AHHHH! Don't know what to wear.....  have to get on that. 

Toured Philly today !

Today , Harry and I finally made it to downtown Philly. By the time we arrived down there we were starving and extremely hungry. So we decided to  go to IHOP where we had the Ultimate breakfast ( three sausages, three bacons strips , hash browns, two eggs and unlimited pancakes) I had 6 pancakes and poor Harry couldn't even get through his.  After that we headed to to Independence Hall were we caught a tour just  in time , walked around the court yard , then  walked across the street to see the Liberty Bell and then to Washington Sq. We took awesome pictures. Since the day was about to be over , because Harry had to get back to New York for work tomorrow. We quickly headed over to the 'Love Park' ( where i have never been) and took a picture by the infamous LOVE statue. As the sun was setting we quickly got some Starbucks and headed to the train station where Harry walked me to my train and said good bye. 

I didn't want the day to end but it will be continued ..... :)
